跨媒体艺术节由中国美术学院跨媒体艺术学院发起并主办。

 

自2015年首届“迷因城市”展览在杭州开幕以来，跨媒体艺术节每年一届，由三个系科轮流承办，现在已经成为跨媒体艺术学院在专业领域内塑造自身影响力的重要品牌。
